Good. There was no hair dryer so I didn't take a bath . Breakfast seemed to be all gone except for the granola bars when I got there at 8:40. Room was clean. Staff was welcoming.

Clean and nearly new establishment. Basic, no carpet but good beds. Quite a kitchen set up for those who need it. The best: they allow dogs for a reasonable extra charge!

First impression it was wonderful. Once we went in to check in it took the employee over 20 minutes to assist us as he was assisting someone else with no back up help. Someone was behind the desk but that individual spent her time on the computer. As we got checked in and went to our room it looked amazing. But after getting comfortable we learned that the floors had not been swept properly, and the shower trays still had what looked to be green soap. (There was no green soap on hand). It was clear there would be more than one guest but there was only enough towels, shampoo, and body soap for 1 person. None of it was updated to suit 3 people. After cleaning up we went down asking for water or soda. We were given cups to get water from the fountain and directed to the vending machine for soda and snacks that ended up keeping our money. When we brought it to the gentlemen's attention he said that there was nothing he could do about it but would leave a note for management in the morning. As we were leaving in the morning the check out process took way over 30 minutes in waiting before I had to decline my request for a refund from the vending machine. So we ended up leaving.
