On the lower level is where you will find the Outdoor Oasis featuring a beautiful heated pool which backs to a picturesque setting of open space and a magnificent mountainside. There is also a large jetted hot tub and a covered gazebo area with string lights, built-in grills and plenty of prep/cooking space. Whether you want to lounge in the sun or sit under the shade of a tree, there are plenty of options to relax. Rafts and pool toys are available to use as well as oversized pool towels and complimentary sunscreen. Also for your enjoyment out back is the full sized trampoline and other outdoor activities (corn hole, kite, badminton).

LOCATION:
This upscale, elegantly decorated but comfortable home is conveniently located in the quaint town of Monument, which is an hour south of Denver, but just minutes from Colorado Springs. Monument is part of the “Tri Lakes” area which features three small lakes, two of which are used for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. We have a charming downtown area with boutique shops and local eateries. There are also plenty of beautiful hiking trails just minutes away and so much to see within a short drive including Garden of the Gods, the US Olympics Training Center, the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak Cog Rail, and much more!
