No place in the room for me to hang my coat. It’s winter. It snowed. No treatment for parking lot. I got stuck and there was no shovel or anything to assist me with getting out. I had to dig and maneuver my way off the parking lot. Very disappointing.

The room we were told in the morning should not have been rented. It had over 30 dead flies, no remote, no working heater or fridgerator.The hot tub was dirty and the pool had air conditioner blasting. We were told because we made reservations through Expedia no type of refund on Holliday Inn or credit could be issused. Poor staffing and management. Only morning lady Ashley was apologetic in the morning. We quickly left and checked into an hotel that was clean and friendly.

We arrived late evening but were greeted immediately by very friendly staff. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. A different but equally friendly staff member greeted us as we returned from a concert and late dinner. Checkout was easy with a third friendly staff member.
