This cute little romantic 1904 home has a brand new kitchen and beautifully remodeled bathroom with the amazing rain shower. Enjoy all new appliances and bedding, newly landscaped yard, and backyard patio, grill, and fire pit. Ideal for a couple or small family - please note the bathroom entrance is through the master bedroom. The home is located only a few blocks from great shopping, art stores, farmer's markets, coffee shops, and yummy restaurants. This cottage is less than 3 miles from Garden of the Gods, walking distance from downtown Old Colorado City, 2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs and less than 5 miles from Manitou Springs. You couldn't find a better location to enjoy your time in Colorado Springs!
