The toilets were stained, a chair in the lobby was broken and it took me 10 minutes to get out of it. The bread at breakfast was moldy. The elevators were dirty and beaten up. The desk chair was worn out. No tissues and not much toilet paper. The lobby was freezing cold. The microwave in the lobby was filthy.

Friendly staff, especially during breakfast service. We had some issues with allergies due to it being a pet friendly hotel. Shower water wasn’t as hot at I would have liked it to be. Some wear in drapes and carpet. Otherwise, it was a great location and a lovely place to stay at a family friendly price.
The satay was not worth the money. There was no hot water to take a shower, the bed was uncofortable, the walls had peeling paint and plaster and the breakfast was mediocre. Woill not stay again. The front desk did nothing anout the hot water issue.

This was honestly the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The heater didn’t work right. The door wouldn’t open. The beds were terrible. It says it’s 100% non smoking but you can tell it has been smoked in before. It’s a VERY old hotel that has not been kept up. I would never recommend or stay there again!!

The staff that I dealt with was great, I called ahead for a late check in and was able to get it. I had no issues when I did check in. I was only here for a night 10 pm to 7 am, just needed a place to sleep. But the half the lights in the suite that I was in didn't work. Room 222. I didn't bother complaining because I was very tired from a long day. The suite had the standard hotel heating/cooling units, but the one in the room was louder then the one in the main room.
My other complaint is the sheets were like sand paper, very starchy. Yuck.
The continental breakfast was the worse selections I have seen. Partly because at 7:30 they were out of eggs and sausage/bacon and never refilled before I left at 8.
But it was cheap and I was able to sleep.
