Little piece of heaven

Best morning coffee since I’ve been on the road for 8 days. Owner was very pleasant. Cute property with a little balcony looking over a shady grassy area and bubbling stream.

We had a bottom floor room in the back. Even though the stream and sitting area was nice, the room was kind of awful. The door outside and the bathroom door barely shut, the room smelled musty, the bedding had tears and stains. The TV did really work and there are NO outlets for charging cords. The woman at the front desk was sweet, but that's about it. And "breakfast included" meant a basket of granola bars and bottles of water. That's it.

The Owner was very friendly and she even had us check in earlier. We came long distance and arrived earlier. I was asking if we could park there already and come back at 2pm for check in. She said we can get in already. That was so sweet and we absolutely appreciated it. The hotel is older but it is kept in good conditions and it is very clean.. it would profit from some minor fixes. In the bathroom was just the bulb no glass over it. I also think the lightbulbs in the room should be lighter it was a bit on the dark side. But again we were very pleased with our stay. I can definitely recommend it. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Older property, no excuse for the strong smell of stale smoke. Little balcony at the back has nice view of a stream. Breakfast!?!? Does coffee and a granola bar qualify as breakfast? Not for me.

The room when we got there was very smelly. It smelled like cat pee. The bed sheets were not clean they had burn holes from cigarettes (this was a non smoking room) and a very long black hair between the sheets. Gross! We were in a rush to get to a wedding and as we were leaving the guy that was working there started yelling at us for turning out of the driveway. Even though he saw us check in he thought we were making a u-turn. Also trying to get a hold of anyone about the bed and the sheets was a joke. No one answered. TV doesn’t work and it took over 10 minutes to get hot water. Go somewhere else.
