Kind staff and great pool area. Rooms were older and definitely showing wear, but clean. Odd that main lobby and breakfast area were not connected to rooms, so not as convenient to just walk to breakfast. It was $100 cheaper per night compared to another hotel with a suite option, so totally worth it!

My kids and I absolutely loved the room we booked. Not only was it affordable, but it had two adjoining rooms and two bathrooms. We've never found such a cost-effective and spacious place to stay in our travels as this place! If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book a suite here!

Room space was great, with two queen beds and a pullout sofa we felt that we had enough room for 6 family members. Only thing they didn’t have was the (exhaust) fan in the restrooms. Oh there were two restrooms so no problems with having enough restroom time. Breakfast had a good amount of options

Hallways smelled like smoke. Breakfast was good although the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants there was a few homeless people hanging around the hotel as well sleeping in their cars. There was times we felt unsafe.

Staff was nice and accommodated an early check in when we arrived earlier than expected. Room was clean and quiet, could see some mountains from the window. Surrounding area was easily walkable with views of the mountains.

They could have done a better job with the cleaning. Some of the linens had a couple hairs. The chair in the room looked disgusting with stains. We were there 4 nights and didn't get room service, even after we requested it, because somehow the do not disturb was put on the door (be sure to make sure yours isn't if you want service). Breakfast was decent and included eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
