Dirty rooms had to fight just to get clean towels and rooms service on the 3rd day of our stay was told the pool was open and we booked a mountain view room pool was closed and room was 1st floor and could not see mountains without gling outside

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was a few tiles in the shower that had peeling paint, but the water was good and hot and the shower had good pressure. There was also good lighting in the bathroom. The breakfast bark was standard.

Loves the suite!

Just came for the night, check in was fast and easy. The suite was amazing! Spacious, clean, the ACs worked really well, the smell of the room was pleasant. It was nice to have some people nap while others were able to utilize the “living spaces” to watch tv or talk to friends. The beds were a little on the stiff side but for one night was totally okay. Loved that there were two bathrooms. If we stay in Colorado Springs again this will be the place to stay!

The rooms were Ok, seemed clean enough. The bathroom had peeling paint on the shower and tile by bathroom room was had a broken piece. Bedding seemed clean but old. Staff was Ok, not rude but definitely not friendly.

Convenient location right off the highway in a very busy area. Lots of fast food options available and close to Garden of the Gods. The room was clean, and the area was safe. We didn't eat breakfast but looked like they had good options available with eggs and waffles.
