The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed linen is not the best - has that synthetic feel. Staff were very pleasant. Morning coffee wasn't very good.

We loved it!! It is very hard to find an affordable nice hotel at Colorado Springs and you guys are awesome! We loved the place and the staff!!

Their concept as a hotel is unique as a whole. I believe they do not mop the floors in their rooms. It looks clean on first glance, and their are no obvious spills, but my feet was immediately dirty when I walked without my shoes on.

There was an odd gap between the window and the frame. Anyone walking by could see into the room,particularly the mirror placed in such a spot that you could see onto the bed! We jammed a towel into the frame and i reported it.

We liked the hotel (room was pretty barebones); however, didn't feel as safe as we could have. Difficult to get around the area. Breakfast was good (muffins) but minimal. Exercise gym was excellent.
