Overall, our stay was ok. We were on the 4th floor with a mountain view. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot. Our issues were down to a clogged sink, a subpar microwave, you could hear everything through the walls (including the highway), and an endless stream of a young adult track team running up and down the hallway - for hours on end. We called to complain, but yet it went on and on. My car was also hit in the parking lot (hit and run). Breakfast was ok, but did not live up to the hype based on other reviews.

Everything was great as far as the hotel stay! However the tv in my room was not working and I called multiple times and no one ever came in to fix it! Also the morning before we checked out the cleaning people tried to come into our room at 9am when our check out was at 11am

When I visit Colorado Springs, I always stay at the Academy Hotel. It is always very clean, Hotel staff is friendly and ready to help or provide services. What you get for the price is excellent exchange. I recommend the Hotel to everyone.

A very nice hotel. Great hot breakfast. Nice atrium with swimming pool. The young man who checked us in was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and could find our room.
