Fort Carson Army base along with the COS airport is right around the corner! The neighborhood is gorgeous but it’s also very quiet and secure. Be prepared to relax & enjoy the rocky Mountain View’s from the back patio. Lastly we’re close to other military bases.
The space
Volga Drive Escape is a 4 bed 3 bath house located in a great new quiet neighborhood. The first thing you will notice as you walk up to the home is the view and open front porch. There’s a very unique and open floor plan.

It leads you into the bright and airy kitchen and dining area that boasts the same wood flooring, a large bay window and a walk-out to the deck to see the mountains and backyard! The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of cabinet and counter space - a room you and your family will absolutely enjoy!

The wood flooring continues throughout the hallway on the main level that leads to 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. There is also a laundry/mud room conveniently located on the upstairs level!

The basement has a large recreational room that is perfect for a 2nd living area or a game area! There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level as well as another bathroom! Even nice and newer carpeting!!!

Enjoy outdoor entertaining with family and friends in the fully-fenced backyard with a large concrete patio! It’s perfect for groups as well as anyone looking for a nice getaway out in beautiful Colorado Springs.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house along with the mega game room located in the basement. The entire place is yours!

The house is 4/20 friendly but all smoking must be done on front or back patio areas. Otherwise there’s a $500 charge.

It's an Okay place. The bedroom got stuck without locking. Amenities was good. There were trash on the garage that was left. Owner wasn't that responsive. Im pretty sure you can get better option for the money we spent.

We stayed here 4 nights and this was just an ok place. We all enjoyed having our own rooms and space to spread out. The kitchen was definitely lacking so thankfully we never planned on cooking. There were 4 spoons, 3 forks, 3 cups, and lots of plates and coffee mugs and other miscellaneous. This property was advertised as new but had many issues. The vertical blinds in the dining room would have pieces fall off, the kitchen/dining room flooring had what looked like water damage and was cupping/cracking, there were holes and scrapes on the walls in multiple places, the upstairs hall bathroom had no floor trim, the light in the dining room was being held up by a bungee cord, multiple bedrooms had broken/missing pieces to the blinds, there were cigarette butts all over the back yard and a couple in the garage, both main bedroom bedside tables had a leg fall off when we moved them to plug stuff in (thankfully we could just put them back on but they were not sturdy), multiple pieces of trim throughout the house were severely scratched. Overall, it was fine but definitely was not what we expected for a “new” house.
