Take the building and move it and I would definitely stay again. There was loud bass music playing into the early morning and loud yelling outside most of the night. But the room and the staff and the amenities were great.

I loved the checkin process on Friday at 3:00. The guest agent as engaging, supportive and genuinely cared about my stay. Set the right tone. The room was clean and everything worked. The water pressure was very low and I was okay but my daughter had trouble getting the shampoo and conditioner out of her hair. The train passing 2 times at night was startling. Thanks

Although clean and relatively quiet, there were a couple of homeless people begging in and near the parking lot. I did advise the front desk but, unfortunately, there was little that they could do.

I have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 months. I have family nearby. The staff are very kind and courteous. The bed is made well and decor is decent. Each time, the floors are so dirty, both in the hallway and room. I could not figure this out. This last time there were crumbs on the bed tables, coffee stains on the coffee counter and excessive debris on the floor. The manager was great about it and sent housekeeping to fix it and moved us to another room. But it too was dirty int he same way, just not as bad. Housekeeping came to our second room too. I think the issue is they use BROOMS to clean the floor, not a vacuum, and most of it is carpet! I have never seen or heard one being used. The dirt is just getting pushed around. I feel bad for the staff, they are nice, but they do not know how to clean the rooms and they need vacuums!

The property was dirty, from the downstairs lobby area to the carpets to the rooms. The facility deserves a deep cleaning. We did not have soap in the bathroom. Staff was the best part of the stay, they were kind and resourceful and pleasant
