Spaces:
Unique kitchen and living/dining room for 8 guests with a bar/restaurant theme including 2 high top tables and a booth. Downstairs has lounge with ping pong and cabinet video game with hundreds of titles. Out back there’s a screened deck with table and chairs (seats 6). Or try the lower deck with furniture and grill. Or head over to the lighted firepit area which has room for everyone, plus a picnic table.
Location:
You're in it! Step out the door, you may hear Marching Mizzou! You're one block from Green Meadows and one over is Grindstone which are both packed with retail/restaurants. Check map.
Sleep:
At some point you'll want to sleep. No problem! We have great beds. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Up has primary bdrm and kid friendly room with bunks (has a 250# weight limit if you're looking to relive college!). Downstairs has two bdrms and an access door. There's also a futon and ingenious fold out ottoman which puts our capacity at 8. Parking for 5 vehicles

This was one of our best VRBO experiences! The attention to detail at this property was amazing! The rooms were uniquely decorated, and it was clear that a lot of effort had been put into thinking about the guests - everything from light switches being labeled and chargers in the bedrooms to a well-stocked coffee station and individually wrapped toiletries in the bathrooms. We loved the ping pong table and arcade game in the basement and enjoyed spending time in the beautiful backyard. The kids were very excited about the color-changing lights and toys in the bunkroom. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future!

It’s the little things and all the little things were thought of at this stay! Whether it was the tea and coffee and creamer selection or the scissors located on the dryer and the spot remover for someone who may have dropped cheese sauce from her cheese fries all over her white tank top.The decor was complete vibes… location was amazing. I would recommend this stay for groups or for families! Loved it and hope to return!

I rented this house with fellow graduate students for our on campus week at Mizzou. It was PERFECT. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding after long work days. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was so clean. The basement was so fun with all the game options. We had a great stay and I absolutely recommend it to families or groups! The host was also very responsive.

They had water in the fridge, extra garbage bags, coffee amenities, and just over all a very welcoming place to stay. hopefully next time we are in the area this place is available...

Property was just as described. We had a busy weekend visiting our sons at Mizzou so we weren't able to take advantage of most of what this property has to offer. We loved the screen porch. It was so clean and peaceful. The location is just perfect, very easy to get in and out and a quick Uber from downtown if you don't want to drive. Added bonus was the coffee and water. We didn't even make a trip to the grocery store and that was much appreciated. We will definitely stay again!

Kitchen was fully equipped and we especially appreciated the coffee station that had multiple types of regular and decaf coffee along with a good assortment of teas, coffee cups and to go cups. the back screened in porch was very nice for enjoying the outdoors without having to fight insects. This is our second stay and we likely will come back again on future visits.

This is the best house we have stayed in! It was clean, close to everything we needed, and the air kept up with it being so hot out. There were plenty of towels for everyone, and they were nice quality. If we ever need to stay in Columbia again we will be staying here!
