Smoke smell throughout our hallway and room even though the hotel is completely “non smoking”. Floors were dirty in the bedroom. Shower head was about 4 ft off the ground and you had to duck to use it. We ended up leaving a day early and stayed somewhere else.

Most disturbing was that when asked where the shelter in place location was(we were under a tornado warning and there was a severe thunderstorm warning out) asked bc we were told we should be sheltering, we were told people were just in their rooms.

The place smelled gross, there were no blankets, just a sheet and a decorative fabric over the sheet that felt like curtain material. There was loud fist fights in the hallway at 6am, and to top it off, there was a literal cockroach on the sink.

Absolutely do it book a room here. Do not stay here. Lois very unsafe and the smell of smoke was overwhelming even 10 feet from the door. Inside even worse. Advertised as a non smoking hotel but it allows smoking. We didn’t even stay. Lost our $$ but no way would I ever sleep here. Terrible!!
