The property has only been open for about 6 weeks, so it is squeaky clean. The woman at check in was very cheerful and told us how long she would be on duty if we needed anything the breakfast was impressive. Waffles, pancakes, eggs (real not powdered!), bacon and even a carnitas bar!

Clean, quiet and new. Water pressure excellent. $12. /night to park stinks! The lot was not even full at night and it was self parking, no frills. This price range should NOT have a fee for a basic parking lot. Tried sitting in “new” lounge area but told I couldn’t because they were taking photos for their new web page. Hey, I’m paying for this! That’s like being barred from using the pool in 90 degree weather at a resort. Should have comped the parking at least! Would not honor government rate saying I had to book online for that. Not so at other equitable hotels. Breakfast was delish.

The hotel is new and we would have had an excelent stay but the wi-if didn’t work in one of the days and it was a problem. My daughter had to do homework due that night and was not able to do, I had to work and I was not able to so it was a very bad inconvenient. Also, there was a huge noise coming from Outside the room, the wind or some machinery, but we think a wind or flow of air was very loud and disturbing. If it wasn’t for that would be 5⭐️ Lastly, Parking,there is no space for Parking, guests have to double park or Park on the street after paying for parking. There are 2 hotels and is very hard to park.

If you like a lot of options for breakfast, it's included! I was happy I was able to bring my dog, and that we could walk near the river. The staff impressed!

Parking fee is not $12

The room and other areas of the hotel were very clean and it was close to my son's apartment which is why I chose this hotel. Everyone was very nice and I don't have anything bad to report about the room or the people. I do however have an issue with posting signs that the fee to park is $12 and then being charged $18.98.

Day desk people were excellent. Hotel was designed by somebody who never stayed there. No clock. No daily clean up. We’re told it had to be requested after the fact. Upon arrival to our room, there was food left over from the prior guests. McDonald’s. Hard to find. Nobody heard of it. Breakfast was above par, but that’s it. It’s got to be on the lowest ranked Hilton. Cannot get reception or housekeeping. If you dial the front desk, you get 9ll. Too many bad things to say about it so just think twice about this place.
