Great experience, just would have liked more clarity on the fact it was a handicap room. The shower was not what i was expecting. Again great stay, great experience, just would have chose a different room if i had known.

My boyfriend and I came here for a weekend and we enjoyed our time here. It's very close to anything around Polaris and yet it's away from the traffic around Polaris. My only issue is the hot tub wasn't available for a night due to lack of cleaning, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Let’s start with I’m 7 month pregnant with twins and the whole purpose in booking a hotel was for the pool. Upon arrival we learned the pool had just reopened 2 days prior after being closed since October from the bartender. Something that was not listed on the website before booking! ( I booked roughly a month in advance) We went down to the pool our first full day at the hotel to find it disgusting and not cleaned out. So many little floats going around. The hot tub felt of bath water with a film on the top that looked like a collection of dead skin cells! Another family who was trying to also enjoy the pool attempted to scoop some filth out with the broken pool net they had available on the wall… feeling rather grossed out we decided to go back to the room and just relax. On our way up to our room my fiancé stopped at the front desk to ask for some clean towels and another roll of toilet paper ( we had only one provided in the room and well I’m pregnant which comes with a lot of bathroom trips..) the time was approximately 4:40pm. The front desk was able to provide more towels but could not provide toilet paper due to the housekeeping being gone for the day… what housekeeping leaves a hotel before 5pm on a weekend.. valentines weekend at that! The room itself was not bad aside from the walls are very thin so our neighbors who were up partying until 3am also kept us up with just their talking. Our relaxing weekend was not very relaxing

The room was a lot smaller than advertised there were nats in the bathroom and both the pool and hot tub were dirty and disgusting.. we also brought some of these concerns to the front desk twice..
