This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1 mile) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Other Things to Note:
The property is near the Olentangy Bike path which runs throughout Columbus and is a scenic route along the Olentangy River.

Great place!

Place was so nice and had everything we needed! The location was very close to campus which was exactly what we were looking for! And it was so nice to have parking. Will definitely book here again!!

Summer in the city

The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. The off street parking was appreciated. During my stay, the a/c stopped working. The property manager offered another property nearby which was nice as well.

Absolute Worst Experience at a Vrbo

It was a terrible experience staying here. There was no working internet and therefore no working tvs or wifi. I immediately made the property manager aware of the issue and it was never resolved. Also, the place had a strong smell of marijuana that we could not air out. The A/C duct work was not connected and the unit never reached a comfortable temp. We had no other option than to be charged data overage fees on our cellular plan since there was no wifi and needed it to work. We also went out and bought a fan to help with the temp and air circulation. After many back and forth emails with no resolution or compensation, I am left to leave this review. I hoped that communication with the property manager and owner would have been more productive so that I could have spoke to that here but it was not. We have heard nothing in regards to our concerns. The issues with the essential amenities listed for the property were never resolved. It is only fair to be issued a refund. I would never again rent from this place/person due to the complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
