We had a bad experience. The shower had mildew on it and the ice box was dirty too. My husband's sock were dirty when he took them off for the night. Booking with a third party, we wasn't to get a discount! They offer to change rooms...we just made them it because they didn't have the same room available. Also the air conditioner sucked! It was so hot at night time, we wasn't able to get a good night's sleep. My advice - don't stay here!

The room was not the cleanest. The guest above us were very noisy so we didn’t sleep during our stay and had to drive 7 and a half hours to get home tired. I do not recommend!!

Room service could have been better. They left clean towels but not more toilet paper for a three day stay. They also didn’t clean room of any empty coffee cups or any trash not put in trash cans. An additional waste bin in toilet area would have been nice for convenience instead of walking any feminine products to sink area trash bins. Loved the separate coffee bar n iced water made available to customers. Desk help was friendly n helpful.

Before I booked, I called and verified they could accommodate a late shuttle from the airport. They assured me they shuttled 24/7. Once I booked, they then said no shuttles after 11, despite what they had promised earlier. I also could not cancel because it was too close to check in.

While we were there thieves broke into at least 20 cars and trucks breaking their windows to get in. The worst breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed, and they served the same stuff every day. They only clean your room on request but then when you request it, they don’t come. In the evening when you return to a messed up room they cop an attitude about even bringing you clean towels. If I could give no stars I would, never again.

Security for the parking lot! 8 pickup trucks were broken into on 7/13!! Hot breakfast items, except waffles, are terrible. Storm hit and there was no emergency lighting in the rooms. We had to purchase flashlights. The staff was great! Very willing to do whatever they could to help during the blackout. Not enough parking!

This is not a safe area in Columbus. The night of our stay, seven cars in the parking lot had windows busted out. Our rental was one. The neighboring hotels were also burglarized. And this is not a one time event, this happens frequently and hotels on Cassidy are not recommended. The night we stayed, the area had been hit by a storm and lost power. No fault of the staff, they were kind. However, we were offered zero compensation or discounts on a $177 room.
