It was good for a night. I was unable to use the shuttle because my flight arrived at 1:00 p.m. I like the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. No problems

Best place to stay! Awesome Staff!!

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over time and this was the best experience so far. The room was spacious and clean. The Airport shuttle came to pick us up as promised and all I had to do was call them. I don’t normally eat the hotel breakfast, but I showed up every morning because they have a mini waffle maker. The BEST is the staff. They are EXTREMELY friendly. The first night I walked to Donatos and thought I grabbed the room key and they gave me another. My last night, I explained that my flight was later and asked if I could hang in the lobby and they allowed me to check out a little later. The hotel is located within a plaza that has gas stations and places to eat. You can also get food delivered if you wanted.

When we checked in and went to our room, clearly someone had been smoking in it so we needed to be moved to a new room. We requested two extra pillows because the pillows provided were very small and they said they couldn’t give us any pillows because they were all wet. And there was no towel or cleaning service that ever came to our room despite the fact that we were there for two days.

I booked this hotel for my son going to a nearby concert, he told me the beds where comfortable but the place looked dirty, he dropped something and looked under the bed and it was nasty in his words, Beter him than me ;)
