First issue the hotel didn’t have hot water, called the same day and no follow up. Next day asked about it in which they did offer a room change but had no time to deal with it given we was at a competition all weekend. Front desk was rude when asking for extra towels and etc. And there was a bug in the bed. I wouldn’t stay there again!

Unprepared staff. I came to check in and was told I needed a card with my name on it. (I was using my husband's card) she had me go out and get him as he was in the truck so he could check us in instead. We come back inside and she realized it was already paid for? I got about 3 minutes worth of luke warm water for a shower, and then it went completely cold. No one else in my party had showered. Pillows were so lumpy it was ridiculous. Breakfast was cold. Spaghetti or pizza stains on comforter and in window sill. Bathroom was dusty as well.

The walls were paper thin. We could hear a group of people yapping from a room across the hall, this went on for hours. Finally after 11pm I made a noise complaint. Then at around 4am, there was a constant stomping around noise from the room above that went on for well over an hour. Then around 5am all I heard was the constant sounds of planes taking off. I realize it’s an ‘airport hotel’ so it wasn’t the most shocking thing to happen, but let it be a warning to anyone who may be looking to book here that it’s in the direct flight path for departing planes from CMH airport. There was a foul stench from the trash can on our floor by the elevators. And finally, when I left in the morning, there was just a group of a few people hanging out in the parking lot, blasting music and obviously enjoying some now legalized rec MJ. The neighborhood around this hotel is very sketchy. Was only a short drive to the short north area though which was convenient, which earns it a star.

It would've been helpful to have known that we had to request toilet tissue and facial tissue. We should have realized when our beds were not made daily but the garbage was emptied daily?? Other than that, everything was good.
