We got to the hotel around 11pm and the office person was wonderful to us! He happened to be on our floor after we unloaded our car and we couldn’t get our door key to work and helped us with it.

Room was generally clean except the carpet, a black spot and a sticky area that clearly was not new, I’m sure they have a steam cleaner. But it was nice and quiet that evening and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good.

Good but needs work

The Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. The biggest complaints I have was the fridge not working because it was missing a temperature knob and the deadbolt would not lock. When I told the receptionist about the lock, her reply was all she could do was tell a manager. The plumbing fixtures in the shower show some wear and could be replaced.
