Room was nice, but prefer refrigerator with freezer so I can refreeze my ice packs. Only 1 ice machine worked. Breakfast was o.k., nothing special. Woman working the breakfast room was very busy. She did a good job 👍. Front desk people friendly

Our room has Pop corn on the floor. One roll of toilet paper emptied. Two towels in bathroom with 5 guests 2 adults and three children. How is anyone supposed to shower. Then I asked staff if they had towels. None were available due to being booked. None in the pool area. Two tissues left in tissue box. 😩 Then I was double charged for my stay? I have never been double charged for a one night stay. Staff was extremely rude when I brought it up. Next thing I knew she was gone for the day. No one knows anything. I suggest paying more at a 5 star rather than poor service.

When we got to the room Got unpacked food in the refrigerator the settling down for the night. The toilet would not quit running. We tried to fix it. Then we had to get another room so we had to get everything packed back up and change rooms. Then for breakfast there was no muffins, they were out of quite a bit of stuff so was not really a breakfast. We had to go somewhere else to eat.

Great front desk staff, 3rd floor room quiet, comfy beds, good breakfast variety, distance from Crew Stadium manageable. Only issue is the use of plastic cups in rooms and breakfast area, and cardboard coffee cups instead of mugs in room.
