When getting a shower drain was clogged. AC wasn’t working called front desk person who spoke with was rude. I called corporate office to complain. Worse Hotel experience I ever had. I will never recommend it to any of my family and friends.

Horrible rude staff at my check in time. Took him 15 minutes to answer the phone at 12 midnight for me to request a shuttle! How busy can you be at 12am. Conversation went without welcome or any pleasantries “what is you name” when I answered the response was a scolding “SPEAK UP” no sir, no please… the rest of the check in went like this, like I was a major inconvenience for him in the middle of his night. Clean hotel and good location by the airport but a few rude unchecked staff ruin it.
