Pipe had burst and was in the process of repairs. Common areas were dirty. Parking was limited. Had to park behind the hotel. No breakfast at all. Coffee shop was horrible. Their espresso machine was down and their coffee was horrible. Tasted burnt and old. My key didn't work multiple times during my stay. Very frustrating experience.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee old, service was friendly, helpful. I had a late arrival, flight late coming in. No way to get something hot to eat, understandable. When I called about shuttle the person who answered was short in reply, not courtious at all. The hallway was not kept as I have seen in other Marriots, someone was smoking in the room, smell like pot. The attendants who checked me in was patient, I just spent 10 hrs in the airports. He was understanding, he may not have wanted to be that way, but he put on his manager hat and did a good job. The driver was ok, helped me with my bag and took me to the door. I have a cane that I need to use to walk. So the staff was ok for the lateness of the day.
