I left two blouses in my closet and the general manager found them for me a shipped them back to me. Totally professional and happy to help. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy! Would definitely stay again! Also, great restaurants right there.

The hallway carpet had what appeared to be shredded tissue paper outside our room. The room itself had a poorly vacuumed rug with pieces of plastic in several places. The bathroom floor did not appear to be clean. It was disappointing as my prior Courtyard experience in other locations were spotless

The room was clean and the bed comfy. My only complaint was that I had asked for an accessible room - but did not get one. Handicap parking near my assigned room as not available nor were any luggage carts available at that entrance. The person at the desk was very nice and brought my luggage to my room --- but that did not help when I was trying to leave. For that reason, I would not stay again as it was very difficult to access and check out of my room - regardless of how nice the room was. :(
