Very nice, very clean hotel. The bed was soo comfortable! I stayed for 4 nights & 5 days. I was a little surprised that I never got any cleaning from Housekeeping, but later found out that i have to request it? So is this the new norm now for hotels? Back in 2013-14 I did Housekeeping for a bit at Renaissance Inn & it was MANDATORY that guests who stayed more than one night gets their room refreshed every other day. Idk, I just feel like these rooms aren't cheap & I shouldn't have to "request" for my room to be cleaned. Other than that it was a nice hotel. I got the peace & privacy i was looking for.

The shower in our room did not work correctly. It was either extremely hot or scalding. I would not let my wife use it. I called three times on it. First time no answer with 10 rings. Second time answered and put on hold while person continued with a personal conversation. I gave up after 5 minutes. The 3 rd call they said someone would fix leak and hot water problem but they did not correct it. I was in town to see terminal friend. Did not have time to follow up. One week for my wife no shower, wash cloth bath. I struggled with the hot water. Thanks for the room change, it was never offered. REFUND???????

You Get what you pay for

I've been staying in many hotels, Monday through Friday. And the ease of just being able to just go to a quiet room, with blackout curtains, makes staying here easy. Pool and additional amenities are great.
