We are located in the up-and-coming Southern Orchards area, minutes away from Columbus's best attractions: COSI (3.2mi), German Village (1.9mi), Nationwide Arena (3.2mi), Ohio Stadium (7.8mi), and Short North Arts District (4.0mi). Enjoy hands-on science at COSI, explore the charming homes and shops in German Village, catch a concert or NHL game at Nationwide Arena, cheer on the Ohio State Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium, or experience the trendy galleries and restaurants in Short North Arts District.
The Neighborhood:
Southern Orchards is an established neighborhood located on the near south side of Columbus, Ohio, immediately southeast of downtown. It is the 23rd most walkable neighborhood in Columbus with a population of 3,538 residents as of the date of my last training data in September 2021. The neighborhood is known for its ongoing revitalization and beautification, largely driven by the Nationwide Children's Hospital and a renewed interest in urban living in the city's core. Since 2008, more than 90 properties have been improved through the hospital’s Healthy Homes program, and revitalization efforts continue along the major streets of Livingston and Parsons Avenues
