The security lock on the door of the room I was initially given was broken. The 2nd person who assisted me was extremely nice & apologetic & offered another room. The rooms & hotel were clean.

This has been the best hotel experience I have had in a while!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The shower was AMAZING, and the free morning breakfast hit the spot.

Very easy to get to. Happy and accommodating staff. Very grateful for the shuttle service to and from Sonic Temple. The shuttle back to the hotel was quite a hike! We had ants in our bathroom, which we told the front desk about, to which they apologized.
