Terrible property. The lobby furniture was filthy, and our room was unacceptable. Damaged/dated furniture, stained walls, stained carpets. This hotel would be better suited in the south end of Columbus. Disgusting and disappointing. What happened to Hilton?

Very dated, and in need of many repairs and updates. For the money, it is not acceptable. The room was dirty, as was the furniture in the lobby. Hilton was once a trusted brand, but has turned into an overpriced budget stay.

Property management and staff were excellent. Willing to work with us when we were delayed in checking in and almost didn’t get to the hotel till midnight . Valet parking was extremely helpful and polite .
