We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lady at the desk was so professional and so friendly. We loved being able to walk to German village. We had a lovely dinner. The pool is very nice. It’s right on high Street, which is a busy street, but that’s just fine. We appreciated the very good ground coffee machine in the lobby.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Pictures are deceiving on their website. Very outdated, smells old and dirty. Parking was horrible. I was forced to pay for the night when I didnt even stay. I left!!!

So very concerning that the front desk gave us keys to a room that someone else was in. Although they were apologetic, if I was the occupant of the room or if I was by myself I would have been very uncomfortable knowing someone was able to walk into my room

I was absolutely disgusted by how dirty the floor of my hotel was as well as the desk chair. Both were severely stained with what I can only assume was blood and other things. I did not even sit on the desk chair!! I travel quite a bit, and I have always tried to use Holiday Inn, but I will be considering a different hotel the next time that I travel. There is no excuse for that chair to be in the room or that floor to be so stained that I never wanted to walk around without my shoes on.

Saw a concert at Newport Theater and stayed here. It was perfect. Especially if you're on the 1st floor by the pool. They have tables and chairs set up behind those room on an extend d patio. The staff was all very nice and so was the room.

The bed was way too high for me. I could not get into the bed. I needed help to get into the bed. An open can of coke was in the fridge.
