​I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. ​The property was nice, clean, and felt well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their excellent service. ​My only concern was the carpet in my room. It appeared to be quite old and had some noticeable stains, which detracted a bit from an otherwise excellent stay. ​Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It was adequate. I couldn't get a receipt, because the staff didn't give me one. I was told that Expedia would give me a receipt. It should not be hard to get a receipt (folio), as soon as you check out of a hotel. That is your record that you actually left everything intact and on time. I still need my receipt.

I havent been in a room that i couldnt set the a/c to run continuous fan in longer than i can remember. Once it kicked off, all the noisy guest could be heard loud and clear. Along with their music. Woke us up most times it kicked back on as that unit i LOUD. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in WEEKS. It was the perfect room (208) if you're traveling with a big family. You could fit cribs, pack n play, cots just about whatever you wanted. Breakfast was good, but I'm not sure I'd stay at this one again.

The young lady who checked me in was wonderful. The downside is that the bathroom floor was dirty. I stood on a towel, and the dirt that came off the floor was bad. Blood on the pillowcase. When reported to the front desk manager he did not seem to care. Forget breakfast the area was reasonably fit 5 or 6 people not an entire hotel.

Nice staff, nice location, clean and comfy

Great location by the Zucchini Festival for the weekend! It was so nice and clean inside the lobby and the rooms were also very clean and updated! Breakfast was way better than expected. Caitllin at the front desk was so helpful and friendly when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. The only negative was that a new Dunkin was being built right beside the hotel and wasn't open yet, lol!

The carpets are dirty. The room smelled old. The units are outdated and the ones in the stairwell didnt work and were clearly broken. 9 vehicles had their windows busted out during our visit. We love the river spot next to the property. We will not return. This hotel needs major renovations.

In general, everything was fine. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff friendly and alert to guest needs. Only issue I had was that the bathroom was not very clean, particularly the shower floor. Reported it to staff. Other than that, all good.
