We had several issues with the cleanliness of our room. First issue was that we had a cockroach in our bathroom which we took care of. The second big issue was that our sheets had a blood stain on them. Third issue was that the TVs are old and the remote volume did not work so we had to adjust it manually. The place was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the walls and in the vents above you in the shower. They need a thorough cleaning of the rooms. We will definitely not stay again.

We enjoyed our stay; the place was clean, safe, and quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful. We really liked Genesis; she was a very friendly and welcoming lady. The breakfast lady was such a caring, sweet lady. The only issue was our bed; the mattress needed to be replaced. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location you are next to grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel is well maintained although it could use some upgrading. The staff seems like family , not professional just laid back. My family enjoyed our stay the bed was comfortable tge pillows were flat. Breakfast was great lots of options. Everything was fresh and clean dining area,

Genesis checked us in and was very friendly and polite, great customer service. The room was comfortable but in general it was very loud. We ended up having to unplug the mini fridge because of how loudly it ran. The windows may as well have been open for how well we could hear the parking lot noise (could clearly hear conversations outside in the parking lot from our second floor room). The ice machine was so loud it sounded like it was in our room. We could hear every single room door every time they opened and closed on our floor. Free hot breakfast is a nice feature, the sausages were good but the scrambled eggs were very runny and the potatoes were undercooked/crunchy. The front desk staff at checkout was not very friendly.

The floor in rom looked like it had not been vacuumed for awhile. The bedspread was dirty. there was no room service. I had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet tissue. The breakfast was terrible.

Good place to stay. You can tell it is an older property, but for the price compared to others in the area it worked for me. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Overall, I just needed a place to lay my head for 1 night while traveling for business and this worked. Great location and convenient to everything in Columbus.
