Summary:
Welcome to the coziest cottages in Columbus! In each of our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom homes, you'll find all the comforts of home all while being centrally located! You're only 15 mins from downtown Columbus and minutes from I-185 which will take you right to Fort Moore! Combined, these homes can sleep up to 13 people so it's perfect for couples, families, or friends! We are excited to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. When you walk into our cottages, you will see they both homes have a similar open- concept layout. Each living room has a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a large SmartTV. It's the perfect place to relax after a long day or spend time together playing games! You will see the dining room and kitchen just off the living room. Our kitchenette features a stove, microwave and full-size fridge!

In Unit A, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and there is a double bed and twin in the second bedroom. In Unit B, there are also two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. Each cottage has a full bathroom with tub.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home. Outdoor spaces and parking is shared with guests of other units.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

The laundry space is shared between all units.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
