Summary:
Midtown Magic is THE spot to stay in Columbus! You and up to 22 of your guests can fit in our two-unit home. The main house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the back unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Here, you have easy access to all the attractions in Columbus; Less than 5 Mins to family-friendly Lake Bottom Park, 10 Mins to Columbus Botanical Gardens, Coca Cola Space Science Center, downtown, 15 mins to Fort Moore! We can't wait to host you.

The Space:
Our spacious front porch will welcome guests to the main home, which is perfect for enjoying a glass of sweet tea on a hot day! Once inside, you'll see the living room with a large SmartTV, two sofas with a queen sleeper sofa and additional seating. The dining room features a large table with bench seating with extra chairs off the kitchen so everyone can enjoy a meal together that was made in the fully-equipped kitchen!

You'll have plenty of space to get a good night's sleep on one of our beds in our five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has two full beds. The remaining three bedrooms have king beds. All bedrooms have closets for personal belongings. There are 3 full shared bathrooms in this home.

Guests will navigate a flight of stairs to get into the back unit and will use a digital keypad to enter the home. Once inside, you will see the living room to your right. We currently do not have internet access in the apartment. Past the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to make a full meal! There is a full bathroom that will connect the living spaces to one bedroom with a bed!

Don't forget to check out the backyard which features a charcoal bbq grill and swing set for kids!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The outdoor spaces and parking will be shared with the guests in the back unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, 2.5Miles from Downtown Columbus; driveway can fit 3 cars.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
