The Old North is the location for much of the off-campus housing for OSU. Most of the other properties in the area are student rentals. Itâs safe and easily walkable and close to all the attractions Columbus has to offer.

PARKING: There is a driveway in front of the house that can fit one car. However, we recommend that you drive to the alleyway behind the house and park behind it instead. We have a large gravel lot behind the house where you can fit multiple cars/trucks/campers.
CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front porch and back yard. They are attached to the front porch and back exterior wall of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
