Relax on the oversized patio overlooking the peaceful Scioto River and roast marshmallows over the fire pit while the sun sets. Family friendly with arcade games, and an open, large living room with a fireplace and one 85 inch tv, as well as a 65 inch tv for your favorite sports to be viewed, complete w/ NFL Sunday Ticket included. There is also a pool table and Pop-A-Shot basketball hoop for more fun. Enjoy a second patio off of the kitchen with a grill, more cozy furniture and amazing views. There are 3 wood burning fireplaces to cuddle up next to. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wood burning fireplace and tv with an en suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an en suite. The third bedroom has one, triple-full over full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a single bunk bed. Second floor washer and dryer.
