The staff was rude and unhelpful. I had a ring, headphones and a pair of earrings stolen from my room. I reported it and there has never been a response. Location and room was great. Tv dn work and air conditioning dn cool.

Great stay, bad valet

We really enjoyed our stay but we used the valet service and found a huge, deep scratch on the back of our car. Conveniently, the ticket that would tell where our car was parked and who drove it, was not attached to our keys as it should’ve been. The valet service for the hotel has been very proactive with us, so we’ll see. Buyer beware!
