The Highmeadow Retreat

Summary:

Relax and unwind in this quiet peaceful setting! This clean and cozy 2 bedroom apartment is a great spot for your stay in the Columbus area. Our apartment has a large living and dining room that is open to the kitchen in one large space. You will also find two spacious bedrooms to relax in.



The Space:

The Highmeadow Retreat is a cozy clean space that is perfect for your stay in the North East part of Columbus. Close to Easton, New Albany, Westerville, the Airport, and only 15 min from downtown Columbus or OSU.



Our spot is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road.



Our house is a duplex house, and we are the left side. However it is a great design, and you wont even know we have neighbors! There is a lot of green space in our yard, that we share with our neighbor. Our yard is not fenced in, but responsible pet owners are welcome to use the yard with their pets on leash. Don't miss our back patio!



The main level of the house has a large living room/dining room and kitchen that spans the entire living area of the house. It has a cozy seating area with a mounted Smart TV and a desk for working. The dining room has a new table and seating to share a meal together. You will also find a full kitchen stocked with the basics for preparing a great meal, as well as a guest bathroom.



The basement is clean, and has a washer and dryer for your use while here!



The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

The Highmeadow Retreat offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
