One of the very best hotels! Between being greeted by valet and their attention to detail (making it feel so personable), to the staff at the front desk, so amazing! The room was SO CUTE, and everything was clean. The SHOWER was amazing and the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in as far as hotel beds. Anytime I’m in Columbus I’m gonna stay here. Hands down AMAZING!

This hotel was first class. From the hotel itself, to the amenites, to the staff. 2 restaruants, 3 bars, a fabulous rooftop bar, an outstanding coffe shop, bikes, refillable water bottles, you name it. I travel a lot and haven't seen a place get everything right like this in a very long time. You need look no further! Can't wait to return! Five stars indeed!

Excellent property! I loved the vibe and the theme of the hotel. It reminded me of being at coffee shop in San Francisco. We were greeted by Anthony at the front desk & all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the "bunker" room with a nice view on the 7th floor, overlooking the COSI museum. The room was modern, clean, & very comfortable. My toddler discovered on day 2 that there was a hidden mini fridge. Dinner at Little West Tavern was chef's kiss. On night one we had the Skirt Steak & Brussell sprouts (10/10). On night 2 we had the Ny steak, Grits, & cheddar biscuits another 10/10. The Breakfast burrito at Maudine's HUGE & very filling. They also have many coffee offerings. I would definitely recommend this property & visit again, all the way from Southern California!

I loved how cozy the rooms were. I was a little upset when I saw my room didn't have a bath tub like shown in ever picture. The room was also supposed to be sound proof but the door rattled every time someone passed it and I could here other people talking. The views were amazing and I liked that I could walk just about everywhere. The parking did suck since you had to pay to park for every day you are there and could rack up your expenses. Especially when you don't plan to pay to park

Great location

The beds in the room were less than comfortable and it was so noisy to move around on, also there were sticky stains on the floor that we stepped in. Staff at hotel was so friendly and helpful. Great coffee and food options available through the hotel.
