The property was scruffy: damaged walls, lampshades, tabletops. Windows were very dirty. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Dinner at restaurant was overpriced and mediocre. Breakfast was much better. It’s a beautiful historic building that needs TLC.

There was a repair done on the floor , glued a plank in and didn’t clean the glue up so you stuck to the floors , pillow case had a black stain , shampoo and soap in shower was empty , had to call the front desk after 2 days get towels and soap no cleaning service …parking was 30 per day ( park your self) but was right by a bus stop that seemed no one was really waiting on the bus … I was traveling with my wife so thought I’d stay somewhere a bit nicer … lobby and building is beautiful but stopped there .. also didn’t think of it but there was no dresser in the rooms so just 4 hangers in the closet and you have to live out of your suitcase … the room smelled like sewer everytime you walked in … I’ve never left a review but thought I needed to, here .. will it stay here again , and I was excited when I made the reservations … so it’s not all negative , they did check us in early and the people seemed nice , I didn’t have a lot of interaction with them ..

From the front staff to the room it was a great stay. We had trouble heating up the room staff came up quickly and reset the heater. Would stay here again in this cool historic building!

For us this was a flawless stay! From the curbside valet parking to the incredible front desk staff, all were eager to help and making the effort for things to go seamlessly. Our room was a very large executive king suite. It was spacious with a separate bedroom and bath area, and was exceptionally clean. We are well traveled, and this was a fantastic room! The property itself is stunning and steeped in history. We will be back again, the next time we’re in the area. Thank everyone for making this a great stay!

We got the tiniest room with a queen bed, did not get upgraded even though we have status and our friends who have no status got bigger and larger rooms. The AC barely works, the bathroom is so tiny you can brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet. Terrible coffee in the room. Just overall the rooms felt so dated, old, grungy. Really disappointed for a Westin property

Just okay.

It was okay. Yes clean. Conditions were a c+ Holes in sheets, stains on carpet and mold in shower. Thumbs up for pillow and comforter and recycle bins. Desk people were not friendly.
