Haus in Ordnung und Vermieter top

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Vermieter „Luca“ ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann!Wenn man jetzt kein Neubau und puren Luxus erwartet, ist es eine gute Adresse!

Strand und Kultur

Der Eigentümer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geräumig. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Anliegerstraße. Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man Ausblick über kleinere Lagunen/Seen (mit Fernglas kann man Flamingos beobachten). Zwei Bäder sind gut renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die Betten sind fest. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nur im Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss können daher überhaupt nicht gekühlt werden, die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss nur bei geöffneter Tür mit Ventilator, was den Schlafkomfort bei Sommerhitze deutlich verringert. Bei der Buchung ist zu beachten, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher separat gebucht werden müssen. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keinen Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine. Das nächst gelegene Bagno am Lido ist sehr angenehm. Daneben gibt es auch einen "wilden" Strand, an dem man sich mit der eigenen Ausstattung aufhalten kann. Wer sich für moderne Kunst interessiert, sollte das Casa museo Remo Brindisi in Lido di Spina nicht versäumen. In knapp einer Stunde ist man in Ravenna und Ferrara.

Quiet and relaxing

Schönes und bequemes Haus in ruhiger Lage, um diese Jahreszeit fast völlig verlassene Ortschaft. Der Empfang hat nicht gut geklappt, der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort und spricht nicht Englisch wie angegeben. Die Adressangabe war unvollständig, das Haus war schwer zu finden. Der Schlüssel war schwer zu finden. Im Haus keine Informationen zum Haus oder der Umgebung.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten das Glück diese Villa zu finden, sie hat für 8 Personen sehr viel Platz, es ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die zwei neuen Badezimmer sind mit begehbarer Dusche einfach ein Traum. Die Parkmöglichketen sind anfänglich gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Straße sehr schmal ist und wir einen großen Bus haben. Und leider sind in der Gegend allgemein sehr viele Moskitos, was sich aber mit viel Zitrone in Form von Duschgel, Seife und Bodenputzmittel schnell in den Griff bekommen lässt. Wir überlegen jetzt schon wann wir wieder kommen 😃 herzliche Grüße

Noch viel Luft nach Oben

Die Lage und Umgebung des Hauses sind spitze! Allerdinges lässt das Haus in vielen Sachen zu Wünschen übrig. Es wurden zwar der Fußböden neu gemacht und 2 Bäder. Sieht auch super aus, aber das 3. Bad kann man nur von aussen betreten und es riecht muffig und ist auch noch eine Rumpelkammer zugleich. Die Eingangstür zum Grundstück war auch eher kaputt. Die Schlafzimmer / Betten waren nicht sauber bzw kaputt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist alt und verwohnt bzw Polster etc kaputt. Die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse (Es gibt 2 Terrassen) sind entweder nur mal 3 Stühle oder dann mal auf der anderen Terrasse mit 4 Stühlen wo welche hier wiederum defekt sind. In der Küche gibt es gerade mal 4 Gläser obwohl das Haus für 9 Personen sein soll ( ANtwort vom Vermieter, er ist dafür nicht zuständig!! ) Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht, die große Gasplatte auch nicht. Mirkowelle dreckig usw. Garten/ vertrocknete Wiese konnte nur mit Schuhen betreten werden da lauter stachelige Knospen herumlagen.Vorsicht mit Kindern und Tieren!!!! Vermieter spricht kein Englisch wie angegeben, kommunikation nur per Translater möglich. Fazit: Bevor man so ein Haus vermietet, sollte man immer überprüfen ob alles seine Ordnung hat. Wir haben sehr viel Geld für eine Woche hier bezahlt. Dem Vermieter war nach Anmerkungen das alles nicht so wichtig, da er sein Geld ja hatte. Wir würden in diese Gegend wieder fahren, aber nicht mehr in dieses Haus.

Super séjour en famille dans une ville de bord de plage très agréable

Nous étions 6 et nous étions très bien installés dans la maison de Luca. Elle est spacieuse, confortable et propre. La terrasse couverte est impeccable et à 15min à pieds d'une plage privée et publique. L'environnement est très beau (le delta de Po) mais prévoir l'anti moustiques! Seuls points à améliorer : la robinetterie de la douche du RDC mériterait d'etre rafraîchie (bouchée par le calcaire), la machine à expresso ne fonctionne pas à tous les coups et il y a peu de couverts. Et enfin, Luca a été très accueillant et de très bon conseil pour indiquer les bonnes adresses de la ville!
