It is located in the unique neighborhood of Velecío in the center of Comillas. Its exceptional location, make this house an ideal place for your stay in Comillas. From the house walking:
- 3 minutes to the Pontifical University of Comillas
- 3 minutes to the center
- 4 minutes to the beach
- 5 minutes to the Capricho of Gaudí and Palacio de Sobrellano

Is a very bright and spacious house with more than 110 m2 and, completely renovated and decorated with marine atmosphere in the 2019.

The neighborhood is quiet and calm, with resident-only road traffic, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the car for the car. It is parked relatively easily 1 minute from the house. There is daily commerce and restaurants close to the house.
