DO NOT STAY HERE! Property put us in a room with the AC not working. They obviously knew it was not working because the receptionist knew that two of the power fuse switches could not be turned on at the same time which controlled the air conditioning. Both needed to turn on and if you turned on one switch the other would turn off. They tried to tell me that this problem was new but if that was the case why did she know about the fuse switches. They couldn’t even offer us a fan. We only have 2 nights in Milan and I did not want to lose sleep for 1 night. They offered a different room for the next day but they said they were completely booked tonight so they could not give us a room with working AC for tonight. I said if you can’t give me a room with working AC, I will leave and find a hotel that has working AC. That is what we had to do to be able to get decent sleep. This place is dishonest and they will knowingly book people into a room that they know does not have the features requested. I am contacting Expedia to hopefully get them removed and also I will review them every place possible to let everyone know to book somewhere else. Both the manager and the receptionist are will to deceive their guest. How will you know you will get what you booked at this facility. Don’t reward dishonest business practices!

The property is very close to the Station with easy walking access to the town. It has a lift. Being on a main road, is a bit noisy. The room is basic in its facilities.

I would say this is a budget hotel, but price high for it. Not in a great area, only a short walk though to the restaurants. Room was clean and tidy but basic.

Not recommended - Central but not comfortable.

Conveniently located hiotel close to the train station and a short walk to shops/cafes/the lake. The downsides are that the hotel is noisey, the beds are very firm and the hotel will charge you if you even so much as lift a bottle of water from the fridge in the room for more than 10 seconds as stated on a notice in the room. Breakfast was poor to average. Id not stay here again but fine for 2 nights on a tight budget.

Close to station. Nice breakfast. Small room, 1/4 of the floor space taken up by big box. Very small bathroom, awkward to access small shower. Online pictures make it look better than it is.

For the location and price, this was a great property. The room was actually more spacious than we expected and quite comfortable. The breakfast was simple but quite nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great! Just a few minutes from either train station and Lake Como itself.
