Deer Drop Inn is the perfect home for you pet loving families. This house sits in the Canyon Oaks subdivision and offers a quiet setting. Deer Drop Inn has a fenced in yard perfect for your fur babies to run around in. The home is a four bedroom and three bath home that sleeps 14. A guest house is also in the back. It offers lots of space in the back yard for outdoor activities like cornhole.

This home comes with a parking pass for river access. It is about a 100 yard walk from parking to Seven Bluff Crossing. You can drop your stuff by the river and then go park.

Great vacation home

Property was very nice and clean. Very spacious inside, quiet and relaxing outside. Just a few minutes from the river! Stores and shops conveniently located nearby. Communication with the owner was wonderful, very helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

Deer Drop Inn

We had a group of 8 Adults. The house accommodated all of us perfectly. The back yard is very relaxing and the deer strolling through the neighborhood was a treat. The water was low on the river but we found a nice pool of water that wasn’t too crowded. We will stay here again.

Deer Drop Inn

Our stay was amazing here! The backyard was a plus for our fur babies and the extra guest house as well. The host was very nice and helpful. Any questions I had, she quickly answered and provided information. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends!! Definitely felt like home while you’re on vacation. 10/10!!!! Thank you so much guys!

Wonderful home and perfect for our event!

We had 6 people for the opening weekend of dove season. There was plenty of room, with a great kitchen area and dining table for our group to gather. It's an easy drive to Uvalde for hunting and golf. A very nice house with everything we needed!!! Nicole was always quick with a reply when we had any questions. Will definitely consider this next time, which will hopefully be soon.

We had family and friends stay. Teens were in the guest house. Young adults in the loft and the old folks had the bedrooms. Great location. Comfy furniture and loved seeing all the deer.

Some problems

Only one light worked in outside bedroom. Luckily one guest was unable to come because there was no working lighting bathroom. We would not have had enough room inside if she had come. This reduced the bathrooms to just two. Thise of us staying upstairs had no readily availanle bathroom. Also the towels were pitifully thin. Only one per person was provided so if someone washed her hair..it didnt work well. The stairs were a challenge. Awfully steep.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed Deer Drop Inn and sitting outside enjoying conversation together in the evenings!! The only thing that could have made it better would have been walking access to the river. But the house was nice, clean, and comfortable! The Host is very quick to respond as well!! Thank you so much!!!

2023 Family Vacation

House was fantastic, lots of space for everyone!! BBQ pit is a little wobbly but it was good enough we cooked out on it twice. Ac was nice and cold!! House is close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely would do it again!!
