Idéalement placé pour ne pas avoir à prendre sytématiquement la voiture, avec une trÚs belle vue.Concarneau est une ville sympathique et offre de nombreuses possibilités pour marcher en bord de mer.

Je n'ai pas de remarques concernant la vue et la localisation de cette location. Par contre au niveau service ce n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes. L'équipement est minimaliste et peu fonctionnel, des meubles qui servent à rien, des fauteuils modÚle enfant inconfortables, une cuisine mal équipée, etc....bref ce n'est pas une location que je conseillerais pour passer un bon séjour.

Concarneau tout à pied Résidence trÚs calme Vue magnifique sur la mer et la corniche, on a apprécié. Par contre prévoir des pulls en intérieur, les grandes baies vitrées ne permettent pas une chaleur agréable au sein du studio .

Quel plaisir que de prendre son petit dĂ©jeuner face Ă  la mer. L’appartement est agrĂ©able et fonctionnel, il est idĂ©alement placĂ© dans la ville. Cadre agréable proximité de la plage et du centre ville

Difficulté pour se garer en ville heureusement que la location à un parking souterrain sécurisé ainsi que l'accÚs à l'appartement. Heureusement que mes voisins était assez calme et respectueux car problÚme d'insonorisation, quand le voisin du dessous tousse on à l'impression qu'il est derriÚre nous. ProblÚme de wifi dû à l'opérateur Bouygues. Autrement trÚs bon séjour.je le recommande .
