Le Sentier is this beautiful and stylish T3 type apartment completely renovated in 2022. Located in the Rouz district, it enjoys a peaceful and quality location, close to the beaches but also the trails of the GR34, the Bois du Porzou, the pool and bakeries.

Le Sentier is this spacious and family accommodation enjoying a single-level life and an enclosed garden.



Walk through the door and discover a living space that's both friendly and refined, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso coffee maker) and enjoying a laundry room.



The original parquet flooring has been retained and makes this accommodation very warm, a corridor serves a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet as well as two pretty bedrooms. You will have access to the fully enclosed garden with a dining area with barbecue. A much appreciated garden for resting or having an aperitif after a beautiful day of discovery.



Located in the "Rouz" neighborhood, with its walks along the shoreline of Concarneau, family and quiet, and with direct access to the city closed by the sea with the ferry.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Concarneau. Auf dem Grundstück kann man nicht parken. Es finden sich jedoch problemlos Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. Er hat nur morgens Sonne. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vier Familienhaus. Die Böden sind nicht gut. Schall isoliert. Leute mit einem empfindlichen Schlaf Könnten hier Probleme bekommen. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet mit allen wesentlichen Dingen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur 1,40 m breit. Das Wohnzimmer ist ansprechend . Das Badezimmer hat eine schöne Dusche und ist moderner Standard.
