Beautiful townhouse with capacity for 7 people, with private pool, gas barbecue and a terrace with outdoor furniture. With private parking and charging point for electric cars.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom with shower and living room with Wifi, Smart TV, centralized A / C.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an island with ceramic hob, with access to the back of the house, where the pool with vertical garden is located.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and terrace overlooking the pool, and another bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. There is another bathroom with shower.
This property´s parking is public. It is located a few meters walk from the beach of La Fontanilla, and also close to the historic center of Conil, so the enclave is privileged.
With bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets etc within reach of the client.
The apartments in Conil de la Frontera are in great demand both in the summer season and at any time of the year. Being so the period between May and October when it reaches a maximum occupancy. So much for the good atmosphere of the zone as for the pleasant climate that enjoys the Coast of Conil all the year round.
