In the tranquil landscape outside of Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Casa Chani boasts a large outdoor area with a pool. The cosy holiday home sits on a fenced, 300 m² property and consists of a living room, a dining room with a long table for 6 people, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans and a television. In the outdoor area you will find a wide lawn, where you are invited to tan under the afternoon sun on the sun recliners and refresh yourself in the above-ground pool. On the covered patio, furnished with a comfortable lounge area and a dining table, you can also round off the evenings with a delicious meal, which you can prepare on the barbecue. Furthermore, on the front patio, there a further sitting area below the foliage of a beautiful tree, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. A grocery store and a few restaurants are located 550 m or a 7-minute walk away while the centre of Conil de la Frontera, with many shops and eateries, is 6.1 km or an 8-minute drive from the property. The gorgeous bays of Calas del Quinto y Camacho, with their golden, sandy beaches and romantic cliffs, are 5.5 km or a 9-minute drive away.



2 parking spaces are available on the property and it is possible to park inside. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. For stays of one week or longer the owners need access to the property once per week in order to clean the pool and take care of the garden.
