Outside, the fun continues with a private backyard, perfect for outdoor entertaining and featuring a scooter track, fire pit, treehouse and swing set, kids' toys and games, and a beach trolley loaded with beach gear for endless days of sand and sun. There are two outdoor areas, both with BBQ’s. The front deck is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or, to watch the sun go down.
Located just 235 metres to Cooee Bay Beach and a very short stroll to Lammermoor Beach, your beach holiday begins the moment you arrive.
