The room and hallways were filthy! This location gets many visitors on the way to the Smokey mountains. They need to be cleaning the carpet and floors regularly. The bed was a hard as the floor. Bedding faded and worn out. There was liquid spills all over the lobby and elevator area that had collected dirt from people’s shoes. Thoroughly nasty hotel.

This was our second time staying at this location and we have another trip reserved in September. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and well stocked and they even came in the next day and cleaned up and refreshed the towels. We stayed away from the breakfast because we weren’t impressed the first time we stayed with the options.
