I will definitely be staying here again. The hotel is charming, fun and trendy. The effect is a stay that exudes relaxation and playfulness. A definite retreat from the grind of your everyday life! Exactly what one should seek when on vacation.

There are several things not available that is unsusual for a hotel that charges 500+ a night. 1) there is no room service, 2) no cleaning of the rooms at all 3) a lot of loud music in the street from 7am to 3am. I got sick on a trip and was stuck in the room, no help or cleaning was provided in 5 days, drunks screaming all night and a marching band woke me up at 7am. Staff at the restaurant were really nice and made an exception to open the elevator for me so I could carry my food.

The hotel was beautifully decoration, clean and very comfy! There were so many extra touches that make this an amazing place to stay, from the sauna, to the comfy seating areas downstairs as well as the bikes available to hire. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay

A very spacious accommodation in the central part of the city. It was a bit noisy with thin insulation from noise in hallways and surrounding rooms. A strange odor was present my entire stay emanating from the bathroom. I’d say the lack of conditioner provided was also surprising at the boutique hotel pricetag. Overall beautifully designed space though!

Great Location and Style, But Lacking in Comfort,

25hours Hotel Indre By has a great location and tons of personality — the design is fun, bold, and full of quirky touches that make it feel unique. It’s centrally located, so getting around Copenhagen is super easy, and the atmosphere is definitely vibrant. But for all the style, the substance was really lacking. There was only one pillow on the bed (no extras in the room), no coffee station, no ice machine, and no free breakfast. The gym is barely usable, and the minibar wasn’t restocked during my stay. Small things, but they added up. More concerning — I placed the “please clean” tag on my door and still didn’t get housekeeping. Oddly, someone did enter my room without cleaning it, which felt like a serious lack of respect for privacy and a potential safety issue. That made it hard to relax or feel comfortable coming back to the room. The staff were nice enough, but service was inconsistent and the basics just weren’t there. If you care more about design and location than comfort or reliability, this might still appeal to you. But I left feeling disappointed — and a bit uneasy.
