Problems checking in with online tool (no manned reception at hotel). No answer on telephone. After many tries, check in was ok. Room was clean, beds comfortable but pillow was flat. Small bathroom with shower combined with zink. Don’t rate this hotel as a three star hotel.

Room was stinking to smoke, even though it sat forbidden to smoke. It was carpet so it was no Way to get rid of the smoke. We left windows open to try to fix the problem but it was not solution. We were 3 people, each got the e-key just 2 keys worked at the beginning, at the end of the day Just 1 key was working. I took a shower, at the beginning with warm water, it was freezing because windows were open (I am allergic to smoke) the warm water didn’t last, I had to finish with frozen water. It was awful!!! We checked out after that around 10pm and moved to a HOTEL. I am so surprised you have a crappy hotel on your list. The management didn’t want to return the money we paid for the 2 days that we didn’t stay there. CRAPPY HOTEL, THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! They don’t deserve to be part of Expedia. We trusted Expedia and that place is AWFUL.

Our room was spacious – and light with 3 full windows – and squeaky clean, exactly as advertised. Location is near perfect; walking distance to metro, trains, busses, endless restaurants and bars, shopping ... all of central Copenhagen. Check-in was challenging in that the on-line process to register and have electronic keys activated never worked and the phone customer support was unavailable much of the time. However, even at midnight, they picked up immediately using the local number when we were at the door and unlocked the lobby door remotely, so we could pick up and activate keys in the lobby.

The hotel was better than I expected based on past reviews. It was clean, comfortable and very central located. I know I was not going to a 5 star hotel so I was expecting as much. The only feedback for improvement is provide extra pillows. A lift could be a major plus and of course the carpets could use an update. Other than that a perfect stay.

Unmanned, so service level is questionable, but good instructions for an easy check in and check out process was provided. Room was clean and pretty enough. Lamp bulb for the bedside lamp was expired, couldn't figure out how to make a service notification for staff. Bed lacked a top-matress and therefore extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was good sound proofing from the outside in the windows, but had to tighten a latch myself, half the latches were undone when i arrived. The door to the hallway was gaping all around the frame though. Letting in light and noice from the hallway, stairs and other guests. Had a private bathroom wich was a small "shower over toilet" type (which is absolutely fine), but lacked a hook for the towel, when just needed after hand washing/facewashing/toothbrushing.

Triple room was clean and spacious. New towels and toilet roll provided every day. Only issue with the room was that the mini fridge didn’t work but we were rarely in the room so didn’t really need it. Couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms during our stay other than doors closing. Online check in and out was super quick and easy. Had no issues with room key via app. No elevator in the hotel so carrying luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Cleaning staff provided extra pillows when requested. Other than that one interaction, no other staff were seen during our visit. Couldn’t see where to store luggage even though this was advertised however, Copenhagen Central Station is a short walk away and lockers can be used for 90dkk or less per day. Hotel is a good base close to public transportation and attractions.
