We asked about early check-in from the beginning, but the front desk staff on Thursday, 11/27 simply said it was “not possible” without any explanation. She felt unfriendly and unhelpful, and honestly, for someone working at reception, she really needs proper customer service training.
We stayed for three days and were told we could only use one towel each with no replacements. Later, we also found out that requesting an extra towel costs additional money — something never mentioned on Expedia or during the booking process. It felt misleading and unfair.
Although the property details claim that luggage storage is available, we were told to pay and use a locker instead.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not return.
