Dirty sheets, dirty glasses, broken table, bedside lamp that works half of the time, bad water pressure, no makeup/shaving mirror. The check-in kiosks didn’t work. The turnover service randomly didn’t happen one day even though they went into the room to drop off “clean” glasses after I complained (ehich were also dirty)!

We had a great stay at Radisson Blu Copenhagen. The room was clean, view from the window was beautiful, and the hotel has great amenities, including a full gym. In particular, we would like to thank Zinab for her help in helping us check in and find a room very early in the day at 8 am.
