As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe with the location of the hotel and staff presence in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was a wide range of vegetarian options and just delicious! Comfortable seating and great wifi. Hotel location is great and I would stay here again. Also, one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in any hotel.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff

Great location for buses and trains, including the train to Sweden walkable from hotel. Tivoli just a few mins walk I slept on the sofa bed as an adult was very comfortable. Very eco friendly

Nice hotel overall, but the beds are horrible. Worst beds I’ve ever seen in hotels. Better they put hammocks instead. I couldn’t sleep and my back was killing me in the morning. There are less than 1 inch mattress. I don’t even know if those can me called a “mattress”

The reason for the 3 star review was I booked thinking there was air conditioning and there was not. The beds were also very comfortable but too soft for my back’s liking. If either of these things matter I would book elsewhere. The breakfast was amazing and all other aspects good.

Check in was very efficient, every staff membet was great throughout our stay. Room was small, having no a/c isn't usually an issue for us but with 4 people in a small space it was quite uncomfortable. The poor wifi was our biggest issue. Not being able to speak/read Danish, we were relying on planning our days online, and having only 1 english channel on TV meant that we had very little "entertainment" to wind down after our busy days. The breakfast was excellent. So many varied options, very attentive staff ensuring that everything was stocked, a very pleasant start to each day.

Nice modern and clean hotel. Some street noise but no issues sleeping. Had one fan in room, likely could have asked for another. It was unseasonably warm when we visited but still cool enough at night to sleep comfortably. Pretty easy access to all major sites and nice shops and restaurants a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not buy the breakfast but it looked nice. Walked to local bakeries and restaurants instead. Netto and Circle K nearby for snacks and cold drinks.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The building is well located so it was super convenient to get around town. The rooms did not have air conditioning so I opened the window and it was noisy, but I love the sounds of the city. I would highly recommend and I want to stay there again. The pancakes at Breakfast were to die for!

Great location

Nice breakfast and fine room but everything was a bit run down. I couldn’t leave a window open at night because there was only a door to a balcony and the closet was too short to hang dressed or pants. There were weights in the room but one set was missing. That said, it’s a great location and staff were really kind.
