Important Property Notes

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Fireplace Notice:
The cabin does not have a functional indoor fireplace, but guests can enjoy the outdoor fire pit.

• Ice Maker:
The refrigerator’s ice dispenser works but produces ice slowly. Guests may wish to bring a bag of ice with them.
